Hearts of Hope

Andrea- There are a few cardiac families in the ICU right now. Barb told me that she would like cards for the support group to hand out. When you have some time, maybe you could drop some by clinic for her or give some to me and I will get them to her. Thank you! Shelly

UC Davis

If anyone would like to donate to UC Davis Childrens hospital, I urge you to do so. UC Davis is not a privately funded hospital, therefore take many lower income/medi-Cal children. (Some of the Sutter Hospitals are not accepting medi-Cal). I have been doing foster care and adopting special needs children for about 8 years now. This has a direct impact on them. They do not deserve to turned away because of circumstances and income beyond their control. So, UC Davis is a rare and special establishment. And just because they take on the lower income families, it does not impact the quality of care you receive. The doctors and nurses there have a passion for what they do and I feel lucky that I know first hand what a great place it is. My daughter, Faith, loved going to the hospital....I know that sounds crazy....but it is the truth and it is because she was treated so well. So, you can donate on her behalf, someone elses behalf, or just because.....but please help this hospital out with your generosity. You can make donations to:
